Legalization would definitely clear up a lot of the issues because then there wouldn't be grow op's like there are now...people would grow one or two plants for themselves and leave it at that...or buy 'controlled government grown' herb.

Who knows...I haven't smoked any for over a decade so what does it matter? I only know that I've never seen anyone get violent on weed EVER...unless alcohol was in the mix...and I've seen MANY people get violent on alcohol...so...

...alcohol=legal...
...and pot=illegal...

...seems ridiculous to me...especially since I think more people would choose pot over alcohol if they were both legal as there is no puking your guts up from smoking pot and only a mild and more temporary 'foggy feeling' instead of a booze hangover and intead of driving all over the place and way too fast like a drunk driver does, a pot smoker normally drives slow...

I don't smoke, but people in New England go crazy for any pot grown in Maine.
