I doubt between Suzanne and Stranger song. I must admit I only have the "best of" of Leonard Cohen, so I don't know all song.

And I'll think I'll go for stranger song. The song suits me more

that's actually one of the songs I like least... some lines like "he was just some Joseph looking for a manger" he "sings" in a tone completely different from the melody of the rest of the song... which bugs me a bit everytime I listen to the record...

i love this song.... at the moment its probly my favourite cohen song.

are you talking about the part where he kinda speaks "he was just some joseph looking for a manger" <---- (btw, i like the way he puts it)

other great songs are: Famous blue raincoat, Sisters of Mercy, The Partisan, Who by Fire, Chelsea Hotel

PS. i think i might be the bigget cohen fan on radiomute

I've voted for The Sisters of Mercy, just because of my sad-goth tendencies. You've got to love the first two Leonrad Cohen albums though, haven't you?

Btw, Famous Blue Raincoat just has to be his crowning glory.
