Music CD GIFT

hey, well im making my GF a huge variety of tons of different artists and styles of music, with a bunch of CD's for Vday... If anyone has any songs, artists, or a good website with tons of cool music facts that would be a huge help. Also if u know of any funny different names of styles or bands, because im making little CD insert books as well, and im trying to find info to fill them with. Well thanks for the help!

she's into dashboard, ryan cabrera, maroon 5 and a lot of different stuff...i have all oh her groups already in the CD collection, im just trying to expand a little more and get some bands she probably hasn't ever listened to. She pretty much only knows dash cabrera maroon 5, jess simp, michele branch, and that's pretty much all she listens to...I got her some songs from DMB RHCP Starting Line, nickle back, goo goo dolls, some classic rock, OAR, reel big fish, Day of the new, Green Day, and some others too...Then im making an oldies CD too, but im not the greatest with oldies..I also wanna make a cd of "feel good" songs, just for liftin your day ..but yeah that's pretty much all i got so far lol

Think of Slayer as the first evil metal band. Perhaps they aren't, but they're pretty old.....just imagine all the darkness of old-school Metallica and multiply it by a really high number. You aren't gonna find it in your Grandma's easy listening collection.
