Fave Albums: "Fresh Fruit for rotting veretables" is the must have classic
"Plastic surgery disasters" is their best album, with the best songs, they flow from one song to another better than any ohtre DK's album, they are lyrically the best and if you get the CD with the "In god we trust" EP included it is an even greater CD as this EP I think is the DK's at their most explosive.

Worthless trivia: Jello Biafra lived in Australia for a while. He actually lived in my town as he met a girl here when the DK'S toured in the mid 80's.


Overview: The DK's are one of the best punk bands ever, if not the best punk band ever, they were totally original and that wasn't only becasue of Jello's unique voice. East bay rays agressive jangle guitar style also made the band one of a kind. I find that in some of the bands later efforts some of their music was lost to the political messages that the band was trying to convey. Plastic Surgery disasters is the bands peak.
