Miles Davis is a musical GOD. My music theory teacher named his beagle after the man, he thought just that much of him. There are certain artists that perfected jazz. He was one of those very select few.

Oh, but I think you can. When music was just born, it didn't have any real shape or identity to it, like a baby. It is new. But, as it grows and people start tweeking it here and there, it only gets better and better (unless it's polka, and then it only got worse and worse... lol ). It's like a good wine: it only gets better over time.
