who's got the most flow?

So, time to bring the eternal question to the board.

Who's the ultimate hip-hop act? Some say De la Soul, some say Tribe Called Quest. Others more into their hip-hop suggest some obscure act you've never heard of.

Whats your take? Who's got the most flow?

As that hardkiss fellow would say, 'Clinic, thanks for sharing'.

Personally I like Tribe Called Quest. But I like that jazzy, clever lyrics stuff. I think its known these days a "conscious" hop hop. Suggests that other hip hop is comotose! Anyway, thats off the point. Tribe Called Quest, followed by De la and then maybe Gangstarr cause Premier has to be included.

Anybody want to diss my opinion? Bring it on brutha. We can have an MC battle on the forum. I diss you with my cutting rhymes. Then you diss me. But it has to be done MC style. With rhymes and shit. Itll be great.

P.S. Yes, I'm very bored.

I also like Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul. I also like listening to Del Tha Funkee Homospaien and Black Eyed Peas. Del for the lyrics and weirdness/humour and Black Eyed Peas for the smooth tunes and vocals.

And of course who could forget about the Beastie Boys!

lil kim suck ass. I'll go with gang starr, de la and tribe though. My current favourites are the people under the stairs, three albums in the last 4 years, taking it back to the old school with funkiness aplenty and rhymes about life, as it should be. Check them out. Seriously.

Blackalicious has really good flow actually. His lyrics just roll out and sound really smooth.

Good stuff!
