However, I'm gonna have to agree w/ the previously mentioned Blackalicious, more specifically Gift of Gab (he's the lyricist i believe) he has amazing flow, speed, rhythm, and a very distinct unique sound..also his lyrics are actually pretty interesting when he's not rapping about himself.

I'm gonna go ahead and say Del has the best flow that i know of although i think Chali Tuna from Jurassic 5 has some sick flow as well

I reckon Blade (of Mark B &..... fame) has got to be among the best. MC Solaar's pretty good as well (even though i can't understand what he's rappin about).

thanks dirty11, i must agree with blackalicious, there is alot of good talent out right now, hopefully Rhymesayers doesnt get fully taken over by Epitaph, rhymesayers is home to some of the best acts out there right now.....
