I wouldn't say their exactly ruling the billboard charts, their albums aren't even in the top 10.

Also, in my opinion, both Jay-z and Outkast are a lot worse then their earlier work.

The past work of Jay-Z is better, but in my opinion, Outkast is hotter than they have ever been.
And on the billboard topic, they are both in the top 20, however i was wrong to say they were "ruling".
