Dream Live Album

Imagine if you found out a record company discovered a hidden vault of lost recordings of your favorite band/musician and planned on releasing them. Also, to boot, these recordings where of pristine sound quality. It seems in this day and age bands are releasing almost as many live recording as their studio output. Think, Pearl Jam and The Dave Matthews Band. I was somewhat surprised to see even Bjork has several live CDs.

Who or what band would you love to see discover and release your dream live disk? I would definitely like to see a Buffalo Springfield live disk. Supposedly their live shows where incredible then anything they recorded in the studio. It's too bad we'll never get to hear any of that live magic. There are several bands I'd love to hear live and in the prime of their creative years.

Who would you like to hear??

If guys like Peter Jenner and Joe Boyd knew than what they know now, they probably would have made a mint from recording those early UFO and Marquee Club shows.
