I REALLY like Mr. Bungle as of now, but what about Patton's other bands? Should I check any of them out if I like Mr. Bungle?

yes. patton's other bands are at least worth looking into if you're digging bungle. but it also depends on just what aspect of bungle you like best.

faith no more is more of a straight up 90s rock outfit. fantomas started as insane freak out metal then went more into a metallic soundtrack style, especially on the last album (which i'd almost call ambient) but i still think the 'director's cut' is a fantastic piece of work. from what i've heard of tomahawk it's similar to FNM but slightly heavier. haven't heard lovage so i can't comment on it.

If you've enjoyed Mr. Bungle, I'll assume you're familiar with the early catalogue of Frank Zappa. If not, get going.

Also, some obvious references that you might also enjoy:

Ruins (( you knew it was coming ))
Plastic People of the Universe
Text
Carnival In Coal
Art Bears / Henry Cow
Boredoms
Captain Beefheart
Pere Ubu
Thought Industry (early)
Melt Banana
Naked City
Dillinger Escape Plan
Uz Jsme Doma

It's difficult to pick individual "songs", I'd suggest trying to get most of his albums from the late '60s through the mid '70s if you can.

Here are a few songs I figured would be decent introductions anyway:

Plastic People
Mother People
Dog Breath, In The Year of The Plague
Cruising For Burgers
Didja Get Any Onya?
My Guitar Wants To Kill Your Mama
Call Any Vegetable
Cosmik Debris
50-50
Zomby Woof
Penguin In Bondage
Trouble Every Day

Plastic People? C'mon, you know Ruthie Ruthie is way better.

Full length:

Lumpy Gravy
Weasles Ripped My Flesh
We're Only In It For The Money (Mother People is on this one. "You're the other people too...")
Hot Rats (w/Shuggie Otis on bass!)
Uncle Meat
Burnt Weenie Sandwich (I think this one's my favorite...WooHoo!)

A lot of later Zappa is lost on me. Don't tell my father I said that if you ever meet him.

Check out Arthur Brown if you enjoy yourself at the expense of other people's insanity.

Kingdom Come: Galactic Zoo Dossier (the best)
The Crazy World of Arthur Brown

Other than this, his music becomes really bad, funny, or sad depending on your disposition.

Alright, considering most of my suggestions are taken I think you should check out Estradasphere and Secret Chiefs 3 since you like Mr. Bungle. But make sure you don't miss Naked City! I absolutely adore this band, they are easily in mt top 10.

I could've suggested full albums, but he wanted a few introductory tracks. Those aren't even my personal favorites, but given Beorn's tastes, I figured those would be the most to his liking, that's all...
