I know, I know...they really do look a hell of a lot better. But hey, this was my first purchase from Sennheiser. Since I like what I hear, I'll probably end up trying something a step up in a year or two. After all, it's not like they have a shortage of products for me to try.

If you hold off awhile, you can pick up one of these sometime in the future.

Actually, I was thinking about something along these lines a few month ago, as far as physically hearing things in your head. I went to the dentist for one of those clean-ups that use sonic vibrations and I could actually hear and feel the sound going through my entire skeleton and reverberating in my scull. It was incredibly noisy, but I found myself amazed at the sensation and how it would be to "feel" music in that way. It's a completely different process, I know, but I'm just wondering if it's a similar sensation.
