Are you sure the ladies are singing 'so far away'? They may be singing 'don't fly away', in which case the song is 'Hummingbird'. The live track, does BB sing 'Been downhearted, baby, ever since the day we met', and another point where BB rolls out, 'I gave you a brand new Ford, n' you said "I wanna Cadillac!" I bought you a ten dollar dinner, n' you said "Thanks for the snack!" I let you live in my penthouse, you said it was just a shack! I gave you seven children, n' now you wanna give 'em back!'? If so, then yes, the song is 'How Blue Can You Get'. 'How Blue Can You Get' first appeared live in 1965 on BB's amazing Live at the Regal. 'Hummingbird' was first released in 1970 on BB's Indianola Mississippi Seeds album. So, we can probably guess right that the album post-dates 1970, but the songs themselves probably don't.
Remember that BB has released more than 60 albums (studio and live), excluding compilations, so you're in quite the adventure in trying to pinpoint this album's history. Even BB probably doesn't know of it.
