elton john, Tiny Dancer - Almost Famous
guns n roses, Paradise City - Cant Hardly Wait
lynyrd skynyrd, Sweet Home Alabama - Forrest Gump (theres a lot for that movie)

There is a lot for Forrest Gump. "Fortunate Son" by CCR always makes me think of that movie. Also:

The Stranglers - "Golden Brown" makes me think of Snatch
Van Morrison - "Everyone" makes me think of The Royal Tenenbaums

That's all i can think of at the moment.

Oh, I just remembered, Led Zeppelin's Kashmir has forever been ruined in my mind by the bastardized version used for the Godzilla movie.

How about Bohemian Rhapsody in Wayne's World? That's pretty classic.
