Arrow Avant-Garde Album Art

I thought this would be an interesting thread. What avant-garde / experimental recordings have you found that feature cover artwork that fits the same bill, being reasonably experimental in nature?

For me, the Residents immediately come to mind. (( big surprise ))

Come on, this is so avant-garde it hurts! /\

How about Zoviet France: "Popular Soviet Songs and Youth Music"
The "clay box" concept

OR

Muslimgauze: "Iranian Female Olympic Table Tennis Team Theme"
The "ping pong paddles" concept

One last, a particular favourite of mine, Danielle Dax's sublime Pop Eyes:

How about genuine Avant-garde art?

Bonus points for knowing the title of the work this comes from.
