I'm not so sure as though it's all the same, really. I mean, in a broad sense yes, but there are subtle variations! Lol.

I don't think eminem's new album at all is shaking up the hip hop insutry at all, in fact I think it is doing worse. I liked a few tracks when i first heard it, and still like 'mosh' and 'like toy soldiers', but 2 songs on an album that are DECENT do not an industry shaker make. The rest of the album is recycled eminem, and poppy as hell. i mean come on... big weenie? horrible track. there are many more artists out there who put out better albums in the past year than eminem's and are far more deserving of the 'industry shaker' moniker. 2 albums I'll highlight: K-Os - Joyful Rebellion, and Mos Def - The New Danger. both albums are absolutely incredible and - get this- original.

I'm not trying to put down Eminem's talent, he can flow like no other, but the stuff he's been putting out as of late, and especially Encore, is quite sub par. And yes, I have heard the Green Lantern Mixtapes, and other mixtapes with him on it. The mix tapes are better than encore, but all that's on those is em calling out a) ja rule b) benzino.

I say Eminem is a funny rapper. Some rappers are serios and gangsta like 50cent others are like comedians like Eminem. I think Em is hella funny. I like almost all the rappers except some. Em is ok he just is weird one song is serious and one is a damn jokeQ
