by far the best show i have ever seen has to either be explosions in the sky or the album leaf.

both at the same venue both extremely amazing.

I would have to say the now defunct Kamp Kome (Radio station event).
Think Smashmouth/Blink 182/Less Than Jake in their early days.

I'm hoping to change that December 10th at Live105's Not So Silent Night.
Muse/Modest Mouse/Franz Ferdinand/Interpol

ummm, I saw The Strokes back in march and I thought they were great!

I'm extramely envious of Karmicheese though. I would do anything to go to that december 10th "Not So Silent Night" show. =( I love all the bands that are suppose to be there.

Thumbs up

The best show I had ever gone to was Psychic TV at the Empty Bottle in Chicago on November 19, this year!

Probably Opeth, with Dungeon supporting. The Geek Show (Fantomas, The Melvins and Tomahawk) is a close second though, followed by Tommy Emmanuel.

I've got Joe Satriani coming up in March, and if there are tickets left, Pj Harvey tomorrow night.

I've seen quite a lot of bands, but I have three distinct favourite concerts, and they will both probably start up arguments lol:

My first, was Green Day back in 2000 supported by The Bouncing Souls - that was a totally amazing gig.

Another was Opeth in 2003 - they were fucking amazing and performed for nearly 2 hours, and I have some amazing photos from that gig.

And the other was fairly recently - NOFX, supported by the Epoxies. I love both those bands and I was really impressed with the whole concert.
