Need Software for Creating Multi CD Tracks from a Single .Wav File
Hi:
I use SoundForge 6.0 to record and edit audio interviews. The interviews are approximately one hour long and I'd like to break the interviews into individual five minute tracks when burning them onto CDs. I'd also like each interview to remain as one single .wav file in the process.
Is there a simple, inexpensive software program you can recommend that will enable me to do this?
Thanks for your help.

why don't you just break the whole thing into 5 mins clips in soundforge and having them listed properly then burning into CDs with any burning software?

No Title
Hi:
I know that can be done but I also know that more expensive software is available to do what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I don't need all the additional features that come with the more expensive software.
It would just be simpler for me to keep these files as one long file on my hard drive for easy access to the entire interview in one file.
Thanks.

Yes, I know about that program. All I need is the one feature to break the .wav file into individual tracks, though. I was hoping someone might know of a less expensive program that will do this.
Thanks.

A recording engineer that I know had an extra copy of CD Archhitect that he sold to me for $100.00, so my problem has been resolved now. Thanks to everyone for your ideas.
