never thought i'd see that album mentioned in this thread, but it's good to see it mentioned by someone that rarely posts in here

not sure if you're into jungle or breakcore, but if you want, check out Jason Kohnen's main project, Bong-ra. (he's one of the artists behind Kilimanjaro)

I kind of liked the oragnic elements of this album more than the afterlooping. But I checked it out, being that this album is like chocolate in my ear (sic, delicious), and it's pretty cool.

There's a guy named David Torn (immense talent) who does this kind of stuff... A little busier- I don't know if I'd class it ambient- but he works a lot with loops, and if you're a fan of Tim Berne his recent album Prezens is a must hear

i know of Both. Been a fan of Torn's for a few years. His stuff as Splattercell is decent.

Yeah... Clearly I'm not so up on my Ambient/Dark Ambient household names, so I probably don't have much to offer in terms of discoveries...

I mention Torn because I borrowed a couple discs off of my guitar teacher. Prezens and Polytown really stood out. I love how even without the electronica, he can still sound like a computer
