The worst successful voice in the rock biz is probably Geddy Lee. Not sure how he got as far as he did with that screechy, nails on the blackboard, delivery.

I don't know what defines a good voice, but Gwen Stefani's voice really gets on my nerves, especially in that new song of hers. I also think Anastacia exxagarates (sp?) too much. Christina Aguilera also has a very annoying voice (to me, anyway).
