I really want to get ahold of some of Gridlocks work now that I have heard some samples of their tracks. The problem is I know of no store in Wichita that would carry it. Oh well, Ill just order some.

w3rd.

I would say this for everything Gridlock or side projects have produced starting at Trace. The Synthetic Form is mediocre, and Further starts to show their move into IDM territory (great album, but compared to Trace, is the lesser of the two).

am i wrong to say that Bitcrush is less of a progressive project than what we're used to with Cadoo? it seems as though most of the stuff i've heard is very structured. like a form. rather than a formless.

It is laid back in parts, but very much progressive in parts. This is why I compare it to "Trace" so much. 'Formless' just seemed more abstract and less structured, which made it a great album.

i think im going out to Crayon today if possible. Enarc, Formless and Ilisu are on the list. but that list changes so often..perhaps even Clarence Park or Cottonwood..Applesap, Augmented Lines, Dyn, Parts, Twine...friggin a man..ive been on the verge of getting original copies of most of these albums for so long.
