though not groundbreaking, but definately my favorite of the year. There isn't a single track that I don't like:

and I feel sorry for you indeed if you were unable to see his live tour

It's a lot different than his first release, isn't it? I like his funky stuff a lot more than the rock influenced tracks.

I think it's plenty different, but Deadringer had "Ghostwriter" and others that are similarly funky. I mean I love RJD2 to little bitty bits, but the sound is hardly something new: you can hear the same kinda funky stuff on Prefuse 73's One Word Extinguisher.

In the live show he played "Making Days Longer" on guitar and sang. It was pretty crazy. Good guitar arrangement though.
