EP7 is very underrated indeed. I still prefer LP5 to them all though....

Autechre have just made so much quality music at such a prolific rate that I just wanna hear the stuff they DON'T release

They make like 60 minutes of music weekly, we have heard a 0,5 % of all the stuff they have made.

Christ! They must make a lot of bollocks then.

Autechre are really good, but if they write 60 mins of music a week and albums still feel like they have filler on, then there really must be some crap made in their name.

a good track is about 5 mins long so they make like 12 songs in a week, kinda 2 songs daily.

considering that booth and brown work separately sometimes, and that making music is all that they do, that is perfectly normal. 2 tracks can be made on a given day, mostly when you have as much time and experience as they do.

I don“t think they are fillers on their albums, just that some tracks are easier to listen than others.

the 60 minute thing and the fact that they work separatelly as well, i got it from 2 interviews, the rest are merely derivations of that info.

I don't think Autechre, from interviews I've read, would throw some old piece of work onto an album as a time filler.

I reckon that they are totally spoilt for choice for material. All the experimenting that they do/have done must have brought up some awesome tracks. Each album has a theme of some sorts, and maybe some tracks just don't fit in....
