Favorite Album Released in 1972
I didn't want to make a huge ass restrictive poll for it, but waht is your favorite album that came out in 1972?
Mine is a toss up between Frank Zappa - Grand Wazoo and Nick Drake - Pink Moon

you should probably post a poll so people know what albums came out that year.

there were probably tons of albums that came out that year, I didn't want to restrict it to the ones I know (which are few). Look it up your damn self.

Anyone got a list of relatively known albums that came out in 1972 so that I can pick a few?

Easy...I go with Todd Rundgren's Something/Anything?, one of my three favorite all time albums.

Considerin Curtis Mayfield's Superfly is the only one I've heard from the "top 100 rated albums in 1972" ( http://rateyourmusic.com/top_albums/year_is_1972 ) I guess my vote would have to go to that.

The Eagles self titled debut
Alice Cooper's School's Out
Classic title track. I was going to say A.C.'s Killer but that came out in late 1971.
Fleetwood Mac's Bare Trees
Beautiful, different album with great songwriting.
There you have it, though I couldn't just name one.
