well this a rap group who rap in French, they're from Liège/Luik and have members with all sorts of different origins, they did a cover of Jacques Brel's "Le Plat Pays", which is probably one of their best known songs together with "La Sonora"... I don't know much about rap myself, so I find it difficult to compare them to other bands...
this is their site, it's in French, but I guess you'll still be able to find the audio clips...
as for rap in Flemish/Dutch I wonder if that is interesting to non Dutch-speakers, because I've seen some Swedish rap here on tv and it looks just ridiculous... though it's possible that the bands that I saw clips of are just not very good and that there are others who are better...
there's a Flemish rapper Krewcial who's recorded his new cd with some international (read American) hiphop people, he's got a rather funky style and what I've heard from him was not bad...
