I think IDM is satisfying for someone that is just getting into it, and then you turn out like the rest of us. Bored out of our minds, eventually. I love IDM still, it's just in a state of conformity right now.

A telltale sign of a musical fad!

see, but this happens in all forms of music. for the longest time, everyone needed to sound like Bach. eventually we get Debussy, then Schoenburg and so forth. we just need to be patient.

as Booth says, we make the music we make because we like it better than all the crap that's being made right now..we need to listen to good music..so we make it! h

Ever feel like a particular song was made just for you?

I felt that way when I heard Sexelevatormuzik by Avatars of Dub.

I listen to music because I love it, because I need it, because I want to and because I can do it.

music is a medium that speaks in tongues that we cannot express in words..we can only be limited by our words.
