Most Perfect Song

Just a question I thought I'd throw out there. I was wondering what everyone thinks is the most perfect song ever written? I know thats quite a distinction to give one song but you can only choose ONE.

Oh ya, i forgot to include my opinion. I think Wonderwall by Oasis deserves this distinction. The music and lyrics come together in perfect harmony to make the ultimate soul-wrenching yet tranquil song i've heard.

Most perfect??? I don't believe in such a thing...but algernon's choice of "Somewhere" is pretty close.

I'd submit "God Only Knows" by Brian Wilson and Tony Asher as another possibility.

"Yesterday" by Paul McCartney (Lennon wasn't actually involved, even though he's credited with co-writing it) is another one that would come close enough to perfect for this thread, I think.

My favorite song of all time is U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For", and I do consider it to be very close to flawless.

"Inside" by Jethro Tull would be my pick.

Like Suicide by soundgarden

Paranoid android by Radiohead is pretty damn close to perfection
as well as Motion Picture Soundtrack and Exit Music(for a film)

nearly the whole dark side of the moon album is perfect

for me, depends on what genre of music i'm listening to.

Alt rock: "Three Libras" - A Perfect Circle
Prog. rock: "Pushit (live)" - Tool
Hard rock: "Set If Free" - Velvet Revolver
Industrial: "Conscience" - Front Line Assembly
Ambient: "The Theme" - Jrugen Vries
IDM: "Windowlicker" - Apehx Twin

that's all my opinion.
