I thought this was cool as hell. You can actually upload songs to your server after converting them with this program to play on your own little radio. This was the first php script I ever got to work. My website is practically nothing right now (Im lazy as hell). Just enter my site and click on the radio button. Sorry if you dont like my tunes I picked, but Im just showing off the thing. Im not trying to advertise the thing at all, just thought I would share. (actually most of my server space is used for my brother's band's site that I run/designed [crappily I might add] http://www.emptysound.com)

Your server (or the server that hosts your site) has to support php scripts.
If it does you can download the package for free from http://www.radioblogclub.com
There are pretty simple instructions that are included with the program.
