Rappers with good flow, bad lyrics...
Ludacris...his lyrics used to be decent...now they're just garbage (see: Stand Up, Holidae Inn). His career has devolved into a bunch of collaborations. His tight flow rescues him in many a song.
Nelly...this cat is pure flow. Only thing that makes his songs listenable. If he had any lyrical capabilities whatsoever he'd be pretty damn good.
Twista...I like him but there's no doubt his flow outshines his lyrics any day. I guess that's why he's such a good complement for Kanye...Kanye's lyrics are good, flow's not that great...Twista's the opposite.
Then there are the rappers with no flow or lyrical abilities....I'm looking at you J-Kwon, Chingy, entire Terror Squad, Young Gunz, Cassidy....I'm still at a loss as to how these guys made it big without even an ounce of talent.
