The Low Down on Boards of Canada
I had the pleasure to hear a song by BOC on yahoo yesterday and I really liked it. What are your thoughts on them?
p.s. What is BOC's best album(s).

Music Has The Right To Children is generally considered to be their best album. However, Hi Scores and In A Beautiful Place Out In The Country, two EPs of theirs, are also quite good. Geogaddi and Boc Maxima are decent albums, but nothing compared to those other three releases.

hmmm I, for one, really appreciate Geogaddi. But I realise most think the other albums are considerably better

it's just that MHTR's precedent kills just about any expectational breakthrough.

thanks for the replys. Yeah the song I heard was off of Geogarddi. I forgot what it was called specifically, but it was very intriguing.

Hi Scores is tremendous, it's like the Kill Em All of BOC, raw and instinctive.

In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country may just be my favourite. Exquisite and essential.
