Everything Keane does, Coldplay does better.

I like Keane. I bought their album last night, haven't listened to it yet. Shame on me.

Yea, well it is true that they sound kinda "Coldplayish"... I have also heard some of their music and imo there wasnt nothing so special about it...

In the end, what we have are these little, great moments. They come and they go. That's as good as it gets. But, still, isn't that great?

no, you really cant. your defense of us slagging off Keane by suggesting its cos we cant appreciate melody is a weak one. you cant turn to someone who lives and lovs Morrissey and U2 and say that they dont like Keane cos they cant appreciate melody. idont like Keane cos ican appreciate melody and the other elements they attempt to smother their debut in all too well. Keane fookin suck- theyre tryin to do what Moz and Bono and Chris Martin etc. do so extremely well and they are falling a million miles short. thats okay though, cos theyll sell a lota albums.

I finally listened to Keane's album and I really like it. No song on the album is bad, so I don't see why people are downing them. They are very talented and the vocalist has a great voice. In my opinion they are better than Coldplay.

I think their lyrics are extremely vague and their music isn't too original either.

My opinion's as good as yours on this, or any musical discussion. Quit acting like you wrote the book on what is and is not valid music. You didn't, pal. It's just your opinion, and that's all it is.
