Can I chime in?
I'll still be rhymin' when I'm in your hymen
I radiate like it was '88, and I'm searching for my lady mate
I'm a hunter-gatherer, a cunter-latherer
My dandy voice makes the most anti-choice,

I'M TYPING BIG JUST IN CASE HALCYON HAS A PROBLEM READING DUE TO THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF HAIR ON THE UPPER TOP OF HIS EYE LIDS WHICH HE CONTINUES TO REFER TO THEM AS EYEBROWS

Yea Blackout Was A Good Album And Your Right Now That I Think Of It... Eydea And Abilities Is Probably The Best Collaboration, Were Talking Cds By The Way Atleast I'am... If You Want Songs Then Of Course I Could Name More Then I Would Like To That Would Be Examples Of Good Collaborations, But For Cds There Is A Limited Amount Of Choices, AND ANYBODY THAT LISTENST TO SOLO UNDERGROUND RAPPERS KNOW THAT THEY DONT USUALLY MAKE CDS WITH OTHER ARTISTS, THEY JUST DONT OFTEN, AND FOR THE RECORD I DONT CONSIDER METHOD MAN TO BE GARBAGE MAINSTREAM, HES UNCOMPARABLE TO PEOPLE LIKE 50, ANYONE ON CASH MONEY, ANYONE FROM THE DIRTY SOUTH, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO RAP ABOUT THE SAME SHIT. And though blackout may have been mainstream it sure as hell wasnt garbage and it sure as well wasnt the same shit that these other mainstream rappers talk about. Hey Halcyon Hows That Mainstream Rap Going... I Bet You Can Really Appreciate It Knowing The Whole History Of Hip Hop Right, Since You Obviously Do According To Your Thread...

Wow Mikegreco, you are so wise! You've got me all figured out. Lets see how this one goes... you bought into the Anticon garbage, you bought into Eyedea pretending to freestyle for 10 minutes straight, you BUY into whatever is new and 'underground' (see: rare, pretentious, and wank) enough to give you the cred that you feel the need to flex out. The question you need to ask yourself is: what does REDMAN think of 50? have you asked him? I know you've read the liner notes to Muddy Waters, huh bigman? FLLLLLLLLLLEX! Why did redman shout out 50 back in 1996?

I think you'd be suprised about what alot of your so-called underground heros think of 50. Quit thinking you know everything about hiphop when you are vomit green and unbearably stupid. Grow up, boy.

first smartass i really dont givea fuck about what you think about eyedea and for the record it was a freestlye becauase he asked the audience for 3 things to freestyle about and he asked the guy right infront of me so... and frankly i dont giva fuck what red thinks of 50 i think hes garbage, and if red likes him thats kool whatever, but i dont think i would be surprised about what the underground thinks of many mainstream artists, you know why cuz I've asked some of them and i have heard what some of them say. I asked eyedea what he thought about rap in its current state and he agreed that a lot of mainstream is garbage.

Ok so you take all of your cues from the 5 second meet and greet you had with Eyedea once. He probably just wanted to get rid of you for riding him so hard about what a 'great emcee' he is. Not to knock the guy -- well, ok to knock the guy, but he doesnt have the CRED to speak out on 50. By cred I mean history and proven ability. Eyedea is the flavor of the month for you guys, like Madlib was before he got on Bluenote. Lets see if history bears him out and if he survives, or if he'll become a spaztic once-suicidal EL-P type who vanished with the quick. What happened to Co Flow anyway? What happened to your HEROES? Yo yo funcrusher mayne.

Not that you'll ever get the chance Grekky, but if you ever did get to meet your heros, and have an actual discussion with them (one where more then 30 seconds elapse between the time you meet them and they leave) you'll be suprised about what they're feeling.

Besides what does 'alot of mainstream is garbage' say exactly? Not much. Just like alot of underground is garbage (see: anticon/slug/sagefrancis/wack doseone). Not much. Oh by the way, alot of your heros also happen to think that the underground has become garbage. Hate to break it to you.

I read your post and was going to reply to it and I'am still ready too, but i thought whats the point it will just be a waste of time. I thought you were going to grow up but i guess not, becuz even if i do reply then whats the point? I'am I going to change your mind? No probably not, am I going to change anyones mind? probably not. And like wise your never going to change my mind. So really just shut up... honestly... And for the record call them what you want but theyare not my heros, My real hero's are the little people that go unnoticed day in and day out. Thats right I'm refering to every local small town fireman and police officer. FOR THEY ARE THE TRUE HEROS...
