I have a decent amount of Bryn Jones' recordings.

He has been dead (murdered if you are big on conspiracies) for 5-6 years, there has still been a great amount of releases after that. At this rate, might end up having more postuhumas releases than while he was alive.

actually, if you were to search on this site, Cage Fanatic, you would've seen that I started a thread about a year or so ago on him.

Yes, I have about 50 of his releases. I've been into him for a few years now.

I never heard Bryn Jones was murdered. I thought it was pretty clear he died of an acute blood mycosis. I can see why a few people would want to murder him, but he made every effort to keep to himself and stay behind his music. I've seen maybe three photos of him in total. He did live gigs now and again, including the CD released on Staalplaat's "Mort au Vaches" series.
What pro-Israel group would know him well enough to want to kill him?

I remember hearing he died. Some friends of mine told me first. I literally thought they were joking. I was known then as the one who was REALLY into Muslimgauze, so I thought they conspired thusly, "Let's tell Max Muslimgauze died. Tee hee hee!" I looked it up on the web, and sure enough it was true. So sad a day. My sister asked me if I cried. Nnnnoooo, but I was genuinely sad.

I am not saying he was murdered just that there are conspiracy nuts who think he was murdered by Mossad. But I keep asking them why would Mossad bother with someone that was releasing maybe a 1000 of each of his recordings at one time. It's not like he was getting Thriller like sales and attention. You, Equinox and I might represent the holders of the most of his recordings.

As this thread proves with all the posts it is getting, obscure would be an understatment for him.

I know people who think it was the CIA who gave Bob Marley the cancer that killed him. It is possible to accomplish. It was actually one of the ideas that the CIA was thinking of using to kill Castro in the 60's. I am not sure about the possibility of doing that with acute blood mycosis. Really wasn't interested enough to look into that much. Though I believe I heard it was Pneumonia that actually finally was caused his death. I would be interested to know just how rare the disease happens to be.

At least Marley I could understand with his popularity at it's height, but Jones makes no sense.

A bit of strange trivia if you search on Google for acute blood mycosis only one link is found. And it mentions Jones.
