I'd second, gawd, Bjork (hear her high notes on her cover of 'You Only Live Twice', or her grunts on The Sugarcubes 'Birthday'), Kate Bush and Mikael Akerfeldt from Opeth.

I think we're not going into harmonies or so on, but the girls from ABBA did some very impressive stuff between them...

As well as Michael Jackson I'd also say Little Richard and Axl Rose have a very impressive vocal range, even within a single line of a song. Their voices move in unexpected directions and their range is what makes them such excellent singers.
