I'm gonna say Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas (ex Wild Orchid).

Her vocal range is absolutely amazing, and she can vary her style really well. The strength of her voice isn't something that stands out so much until you see her live.

Well i know people are gonna bash you on this one, but i'll agree with you. I wasn't too impressed with her vocals by what i saw of her on TV, but seeing her live is a different story. When i saw the BEP she had a broken leg, so the dancing was limited, and instead she sang more, and did a little skat (or whatever its called...) while the rest of the peas freestyled... i was quite impressed by what she had to offer.

Her voice is umm... interesting though.

Thumbs up

You probably don't know this artist, but in my opinion she's got one of the most powerful voices. Her name is Edyta. She’s also one of the most beautiful girls I’ve ever met :-) Her picture is in my avatar and profile. If you want to listen to her songs just click the links below:

www.21stAvenue.net/ready4luv.mp3 - live acoustic performance (5mb)
www.21stAvenue.net/tonieja.mp3 - the title means "It's not me". Stunning! (3mb)

And of course tell me what do you think about her voice?

That's just the noise of people dropping their glasses to cover their ears. She doesn't sing, she just runs up and down scales as if she's in a singing lesson!

I'm with the Rev.

Really, who can throw down delights like "Martha My Dear", bluesy, raw, girsly rockers like "Why Don't We Do It In The Road?" or "Helter Skelter, ballads like "Blackbird", or country swingers like "Rocky Racoon"?

.......on the same album!
