Dark Sumerian Folk is very hard to find.

Oh well, I enjoy Current 93, Death in June & Sol Invictus. I'll have to check out Tor Lundvall.

Btw, you might like Boyd Rice And Friends as well. Its a collaboration with Boyd Rice(obviously), Douglas Pearce, Tony Wakeford, and a few others. Good stuff.

And about looking for sumerian folk... its always a good idea to try search for bands using the names of Sumerian deities. Perticularly, in your case the names of the darker deities.

yeah, his NON stuff is amazing. "Children of the Black Sun" is a great dark ambient piece. I have a few of his various albums around.

Just the other day while drinking a cup of coffee (let's be honest it was most likely a Single Malt of some kind ), I started thinking there just are not enough people discussing Dark Sumerian Ritual Folk music anymore.

Try looking here.

I am not saying I am or am not German, but what does that have to do with anything?

You don't have to be German or from any particular country to learn the language. Especially for someone that has to go to Germany, Europe a few other continents a good amount of time.

Just because I really don't wade into the Metal thread that much if at all, doesn't mean I don't like the music. I was listening to the stuff before it had a genre title.

I also have six kids who have a good amount of friends. Therefore, the odds are I have a way to keep up on things that might be of interest.

In conclusion, your honor and members of the jury in this day and age of Global Internet service, why limit oneself to only U.S./English only stores to get merchandise? Especially with all, hard to find or out of print recordings I am always looking to pick up. I pick up recordings from places located all over this pebble in the Universe we call Earth.

I have come across a great many places like this in my hunt for several different items.

I just checked. I have a whopping 16 posts in the Metal forum. I didn’t realize I even had that many in there.

There might not be a great quantity, but I am a firm believer in quality over quantity anyway.

Although, there can also be quantity and quality at the same time.
