I go with Jimi. He brought something wild and unbridled to the party that's missing with Clapton and company, for all their technique and virtuosity. Cream was three excellent musicians...Hendrix was a force of nature.

This wasn't all that difficult for me. Cream was one great band, but the Jimi Hendrix Experience shattered the mold and reinvented the wheel with one incredible album in the spring of '67.
