i've heard people say manson's music sucks, and i've heard people say he is amazing. personally i'm a fan of his music, even if he is a media whore. what do u guys this of manson??

from the songs of his I've heard, there is no such thing as talent when you talk about marilyn manson. A few wrist flicks on a bass, a steady but annoying drum line, and some guitar to fill in when the rest of the noise pollution settles. His singing is a sludge of incoherent shit at best.

I watched a few of his videos, and heard a song called the beautiful people, I guess after hearing that I never really wanted to watch or hear any more from that sick turd. I'm all for simple music, I like Nirvana and all, but this guy I can't even define as anything. Kinda just a dumbshit with retarded clothes.

i think his clothes are rather funny, and anyone who gets old housewives pissed is cool in my book, plus alot of his music is heavily antichristian, which is a topic i agree with him on. the beautiful people has always been a hit/miss song i notice, either u hear it and think its the biggest piece of shit ever, or u think its amazing. if u have any interest u should checkout his album "antichrist superstar" its regarded as his best.

I don't really give a shit one way or the other as far as antichristian music, but I will agree that satanic stuff is generally more energetic and in most cases, better. I will check out that album if you recommend it highly because you seem to be somewhat knowlegable to music from what i've seen on the forums.

Yes slutmonkey does know what hes talking about. Antichrist Superstar is regaurded as his best. The only song you will recognize on it is The Beutiful People, but you seem to not be very fond of that song. Antichrist Superstar is imo his most aggressive album (which I think you would call noise shit.) I seriosly recommend Holywood. It is slower, darker, better produced, and my personal favorite of his releases. If you dont like the beutiful people, then I doubt you will like Antichrist Superstar, it just gets harsher and noisier for the most part. You might atleast respect whats on Holywood, since it is quite different from Antichrist Superstar .
