He's ugly, yes, but how many "tasteless artists" out there could inspire kids to shoot up the whole school? Not many.

any music tht inspires extreme emotion should be recognized for doing so, in this case manson's music is very violent, so it inspires violence, it does wht it set out to do. its just like any other music. when u put it in u hope to be sucked into it. music can change ur mood. when u put it in u hope tht the music will be good enough to change ur mood. (ex. a football team can turn on hard rock to get pumped for a game.) so manson being credited for inspiring extreme emotion is something he should wear as a badge of honor.

I'm sure those kids decided to shoot up the school because of marilyn manson. I'm glad someone else realizesn they weren't just kids that went to school, got bullied and fell into the wrong sollutions. I also think that Manson should take full credit, because he took a gun to a bunch of his classmates when he was growing up in the nineties, o wait, well its not like he grew up in a completely different time. (100% sarcasm)
