I think by angry you mean heavy. Basically just check out the genre 'grindcore'. Not my cup of tea, but if you are looking for ultra heavy then thats the genre for you. Other multi genre bands I would recommend would be -

Slayer

I don't think angry is necessarily heavy.

I think Mile from Kreator has one of the angryist voices in metal esp their early stuff.
