Hello from SPAIN

I would like to find out a cd but i dont know the artist, the cd title or a simple song, i only remeber the cover.

The picture is a photo where the singer appear in the bottom right part of the label the singer is wearing like a rain coat or a sweater with words in blue the sweater is a a clear colour. I can remember that its rainning and he is with the shoulders up. His name appear on the top part of the cover.

The end here is a drawing i have done to help. And sorry for my grammar and english but its not my languaje and its difficult for me.
