The first time I ever really listened to electronic music was in 1999 via the "Pi" soundtrack...Aphex Twin, Autechre, Massive Attack, Orbital, Spacetime Continuum, etc, etc...the track "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" by Aphex Twin, in particular, was what really got me interested in the genre. To this day it's probably my favorite electronic track...

first electronic song??? it's bound to have been some commercial dance tune, I guess... 2 Unlimited for example... or is that too shitty to count? Mmm that I don't know... Chemical Brothers maybe...

anyway as I've said before, I don't have that much of electronic music yet... but I said to myself to make Endtroducing my next album I buy... though I said as well that I wouldn't buy any albums during July and I succeeded up till now...
and Four Tet "My Angel Rocks Back and Forth" means quite a lot too me, it's soo relaxing really... M83's "Gone" feels like it's the aural transition of an orgasm... eh and that's everything I can think of right now...

i have a great connection to Atol Scrap. i believe this is one of the most imaginative recordings i have ever heard. there is a quality to it that is so real. the visuals presented in this work are astounding. it meant so much to hear such a detailed and focused work. this one is truly intricate.

how come no one ever mentions his first album "Dialogue"? I think it's a great album!

...also Fridge's "Eph" and "Happiness" albums are great.
