what is nu metal? i thought it was when you rap/shout/scream/tune your guitars down on a 7 string/ dont play solos/ and only have powerchord riffs/ and complain a lot.

isnt that what LP does?

Lets see Hair Metal vs Nu Metal?

Personally Nu Metal has it's moments of glory but I am still stuck in the 80's metal scene and I love the ol' Hair Metal style.

I'm beggining to be discouraged in Nu metal, because I'm realizing that bands like Korn sucked, and bands like SOAD are over rated. Still I like Nu metal better than hair metal becaue hair metal is just really crappy music. While the Nu metal image kind of pisses me off, I still enjoy the music they make.
