i use google and allofmp3.com. it doesn't have a great selection, but i can't
use p2p on any of the networks i use so i have to deal with it.

Personally I use Bittorrent to get full albums, and the site i use is suprnova.org, and the ABC Bittoreny Client
when i wanta single mp3 file, I use WinMX.... have never had any problems getting files, never had a 'beeped' copy
