I saw them last week, great show. Look forward to it.

Anyway, I just got back from seeing Eddie Palmieri at Yoshi's, in Oakland. This was a great show as well. I can't really tell you if it was better or worse than the White Stripes, they were completely different concerts. Palmieri's drummer, Horatio "El Negro" Hernandez, was amazing. He did the most complex drumming I've ever seen. The other musicians were fantastic as well, but being a drummer, that was the highlight for me.

Behemoth and NIN are my next two shows.. the sad thing is, I don't like NIN that much any more, and the new album isn't that good.. but I have been into NIN since 90-92, and it would be a shame to never see trent. Behemoth is going to suck because of the tour "blackest black metat tour" or whatever the hell it's called.. that's blastphomy because danzig and whom ever the fuck is going to be there with them are not black metal.. behemoth isn't even the "blackest" black metal I have heard.. if it was truely the blackest black metal tour, it would probably have like... emperor.. because they rule.. but they broke up.. so scratch that.. uh.. it would probably have 1349, belenos, zorn and carpathian forest to open. lol. Lastly, I think I am going to see cryptopsy soon. on a gross side note, I must see pinback, when ever they tour again.

The Frames in November!
I missed their two last Belgian gigs, so I'm really looking forward to this one.

Well Niyaz is out for me, unless I can find a way to attend both this show AND a going away party for someone that is joining the Peace Core for 27 months...
