Now, gimme all you've got!
I've been scouring the CCO label, cause I figure they've got some good stuff. I'm wondering about Ulrich Schnauss and this Kleine fellow. Any good?
On a side note, have anyone of you heard this I'm Not A Gun thing, the release Everything at Once that's on CCO as well. Sounds like a lovely album...

Yes, both Schnauss albums are brilliant and Kleine's album "Beyond Repair" is another fave of mine. Check out Ten and Tracer, Loess, and Miles Tilmann if you want some lushness. There are others that aren't registering with me right now, so I'm sure others will give you other recs.
I have I'm not a Gun Thing somewhere, just haven't listened to it in ages.

Personally I really don't like Ulrich Schnauss' albums. I've heard both of them several times now and they just bore me. I sit there hoping the songs should finish soon. But that's me.

But when you do, be sure to tell me what it's like, and if it's worth purchasing!

Zlatko: Alright, but do you like any of the albums I mentioned earlier? Arovane's Tides, for instance.

I don't know about Tides, but I love Arovane's Atol Scrap, and Helios' Unomia that you mentioned earlier. I can stand Múm as well.

Xela's Tangled Wool is probably the better of the two albums he's put out. Nice, lush guitar works. I'll tell you later what I think about "I'm not a Gun"

I only heard of Aphex Twin and Autechre, and I think they're pretty good.

Yeah I dont know why you are recommending Schnauss. Shanuss, aka shitnapps, makes the cheesiest 'trying-to-be-uplifting-but-its-just-fuckin-CORNY' tracks. And then occasionally he bites Boards Of Canada.
Tides is good. But Im tired of these threads... this whole section is turning into one big circle jerk. Less 'im going to make a list of kewl albums'; more debate and discussion about the music itself.
