I just noticed that I posted this in the wrong thread.

It was meant for this thread.

I believe if you check, you will find that I have posted in this forum before. Only once I believe, but it still counts.

The problem appears to be the things I listen to can just as easily fit in the avant/expermintal forum as this one. I will attempt to spread the love (yes I know that would fit better in the Rap forum, so sue me ) out a bit more in the future.

it's fine, and yes, there is a very thin line between avant-garde/experimental and electronic because a/e can be electronic music.

I was being lazy and typed a/e instead of "avant-garde/experimental"

...sorry about that.

I have Come To Daddy, and I love it, but it isnt my favorite song on the cd. I really like Bucephalus Bouncing Ball and Funny Little Man.

hi-jacking!

Lemme just hi-jack this thread for a bit, so that I won't have to create a brand new one. I want your honest recommendations for the lovely lush electronica that's out there. I totally love Arovane (Tides, in particular), Múm (their debut), Helios (Unomia) and such.

Now, gimme all you've got!

I've been scouring the CCO label, cause I figure they've got some good stuff. I'm wondering about Ulrich Schnauss and this Kleine fellow. Any good?

On a side note, have anyone of you heard this I'm Not A Gun thing, the release Everything at Once that's on CCO as well. Sounds like a lovely album...
