New Psych bands out there?

This thread is to help discover and promote new psychedelic bands...
I thought this thread should be in this section instead of the promoting section because it just portains to psychedelic music:

www.dredg.com - many know now......these guys are blowing up!

www.revolvemusic.com - extremely new, extremely psych! music and video avail for DL

comments?

Mushroom, Apples In Stereo, Neutral Milk Hotel, Super Furry Animals, String Cheese Incident and Of Montreal could be considered Neo-Psych...

New Psych Bands

I would say that the Flaming Lips are definitely a band to get into if you are looking for new psychedelia. They are able to deliver beautiful songs in the style of Sgt. Pepper era Beatles and Smile era Beach Boys without sounding derivative at all. They are one band that I could say is a true original. Neutral Milk Hotel and Olivia Tremor Control are also worth checking out if you are looking for semi current bands making psychedelic music.

Today I was at my favorite coffee shop in Nashville, and they had the High Llamas' Hawaii on the house stereo, and for me it was love at first listen. Their music is basically a continuation of the Brian Wilson vision of psychedelia that he explored-then-abandoned in the "SMiLE" sessions (an unfinished debt to the world thankfully soon to be paid-in-full!)...I came home with 3 CDs worth of their wonderful music, and I can assure you I will be getting more soon. If you're a "SMiLE" freak, you should be into this band. If you're into intricate, orchestrated psychedelic music such as Smile tracks and Sgt. Pepper/Magical Mystery Tour Beatles, you will really like the High Llamas.

I like the Pillbugs a lot... I didn't realize people knew much about them since they self-produced and distributed their own stuff...

I also like Super Fury Animals...

Gosh, there are probably scores of artists I need to look into...

So much great psych (past and present) still out there waiting to be discovered...
