Franz Ferdinand
A band from the UK which I believe has yet to make it's U.S debut...(correct me if I'm wrong). I just bought their c.d and it was worth every penny. Even though some songs have the same start, I think they're freakin talented and one of the best bands to come a long in quite a while. Anyone like them as much as I do?

yure wrong- theyve been out in NA since feb..
Franz Ferdinand are great but im not sure theyre everything theyre cracked up to be. theyre geetin a lota press [much of which is thanks to the very enthusiastic endorsement of Morrissey] and are being hailed as The Strokes of the UK. well, this is both true and untrue. The Strokes are likely overhyped as well but idont think Franz Ferdinand's debut is as worthy of the overhype as Is This It?. that said, its still a great record and will stand up as one of the year's best- they show much promise.

Franz Ferdinand has been out here in the U.S. for a while as Chris says. I really like them. Love their debut and play it often. One of my favorites of the year so far.

I'm not relly sure how I think of Franz.
I like 'Take me Out' a lot, but the rest of their CD doesnt really does it for me. The rest of the songs seem sort of average, maybe they should have put some more time in them. I hope they can show some more of the 'take me out' quality on their second record.

I think they're excellent... Tell Her Tonight & The Dark of the Matinee are prolly my favorite songs.

I just bought the Cd...I like it. I really like Michael, but it leaves me to wonder if the members are gay or not.
