Am I the only person that thinks shes a horrible artist?

I was watching VH1 and she had a music video on about something like beign a whore. All I remember is "Did you think I was gonna give it up to you? Did you think it was something I was gonna do?"

BAD lyrics! And yet. so many people are obsessed with her? When will talentless people stop getting record deals

No you're not the only one. And one of the reason I cut my hair is because I looked a lot like her. I change some of my clothes too because she was wearing similar thing. I feel better now that there are no more little girls asking me if I'm Avril Lavigne.

I never could figure out her appeal. So she's another pissed off girl singer, get in line.

Oh man, c'mon! I love Avril! She's the voice of a new generation! She gives a voice to the problems of all these young girls who don't know better than listening to all these fake boysband music!
I mean problems about pimples and what boys are like and stuff: HEAVY! and simply divine...
Besides she manages to incorporate all these things in her music, while rocking out very hard too, that's quite an accomplishment, I'd say... To me she's the Patti Smith of this new generation really, she speaks revolution, but eh differently...

She sings about all things that have been sung about before, and not in any special way, imho. She's not original in any aspect. People said I looked like her too, I refuse to part with my hair, but my style has changed drastically. It's an offense when people say something like that.

Avril is pretty hot but she makes terrible music. So terrible music.

I saw this photo of her not long ago, and I laughed inside. (i was in class) She was coming out of this car and she had a Louis Vuitton bag, ugg boots and really stoopid trousers. Yes I know, people who dress like that can still like punk/rock whateva, but it was a change of the weather.
Apparently it was a disguise...wait, didn't she say all the clothes she wears are her own? I don't think even a rich bitch such as herself would bother buying clothes like that just as a disguise.
