Winamp 5.01

Foobar is nice, and there were some things I liked better about it (like when MP3's ran into one another, the break between songs was significantly shorter than with Winamp) but ended up going back to Winamp because it does something Foobar does not: it follows shortcuts to find music.

ITunes will never, EVER be allowed on any of my systems again. I delivered a huge diatribe on a thread around a year or so ago (I think it is in the Music Industry section, not sure). Damn glad I don't own a Mac as my main computer (although I am not against having a Mac for a secondary comp some day).

Sorry, I just want to know why because I'm too lazy to search for that thread.

Sorry

I use Itunes only for my Ipod and every song on there was imported from cds so I don't listen to them on my computer. But it is true that Itunes isn't really good to use it as a player, mostly if you have an Ipod, you have to delete the song from the playlist if you don't want it to end up on your Ipod. It also takes more time to load. But playlist are easier to make on Itunes.

Foobar, it is so much more customizable and uses soooo much less memory.
